Career4life Insights certification

Aim : to discover the Career4life universe and to learn to interpret the Career4life Insights results and to maximise its use in a professional environment (company or consultancy).


The training takes place as follows

• basic training for experienced users of psychometric testing: 1 Day (2 days for those with little or no experience)
• min. 3 practice tests
• consolidation day on the basis of concrete experiences

Day 1

• the career and its challenges: professional success, career, self-fulfilment, values and life balance
• the Career4Life Insights principles
• the 3 Career4Life Insights areas
• interpreting the results; exercises
• giving feedback
• defining an action plan

Between the 2 days: 3 practice tests with feedback

Day 2

• sharing of experiences; feedback on the debriefings carried out
• successes and difficulties
• using Career4Life in the company or professional practice; perspectives and rules of play

options

• Intra-company
  training organised on request for 1 to 6 participants
  
  
• Inter-company
  training organised for 3 to 6 participants, on prearranged dates

certification

• successful completion of the training course leads to international certification, enabling the holder to use Career4life Insights throughout the world
• a minimum of 10 interpretations per year and participation in a day of continuous training every two years are required to retain international certification
